Slatting

• Wood Venetian slats are made from 3mm thick Basswood.
• Slats are coated to maximise UV Stability and moisture resistance.

Colour matched Wood Venetian Blinds

• We offer Custom Plascon Wood Venetian Blinds; a service that allows you to have your blind colour matched to your specific needs.
• Each Custom Plascon Wood Venetian slat is cut, cured and carefully hand-painted to your choice of colour with eco-friendly Plascon paint and then delicately assembled to bring you your perfectly customised window covering.

Hardware

• Tilt mechanism: a cord driven tilter that drives the tilt motion through a hexagonal steel tilt rod.
• Cord lock: swing locking mechanism designed to hold the blind at any height.
• Lift cords: woven from braided polyester with a core.
• Ladder cords: made from polyester.

Motorisation

• Motorisation is available for Wood Venetian Blinds.
• Motorised Venetian Blinds can be lifted, dropped and tilted using a wall switch, remote or programmed control system.
• Motorised Venetian Blinds can also be automated to react to sunlight and temperature. This function is an effective form of temperature control and sunlight protection.

Care Instructions

• For light cleaning and maintenance dust, your Wood Venetian regularly with a feather duster.
• To clean hardware and other components wipe with a soft cloth and mild detergent.

Suitability

• Venetian Blinds are very versatile and they allow you full control over the natural lighting and privacy in your space.
• Venetian Blinds have a classy look that never goes out of style. They are perfect for home and office spaces.
• Venetian Blinds can be fitted to a window of any size but we do not recommend these blinds for very large openings, such as french doors, patio doors and other glass doors. These openings should rather be fitted with Verticle Blinds, Panel Blinds, Lumi Voile or Shutters.
